We Are One -TV Porn

What is today’s border-line between erotica and pornography?
Do we realize in what measure is that subject actually a part of our everyday life, but still remaining taboo?
Taken photographs are of a TV screen showing images of a scrambled pornographic channel. Structure of the screen itself is very visible and forms some sort of a web over the image. At first glance, photographed portraits and details of pornography seem as abstract smears, which are then transformed, by observation, into recognizable and seductive shapes full of erotic charge. A number of mirrors beneath the prints are reflecting an image of spectator’s genital zone reminding him/her of being an unconscious participant whether he/she deems it to be pornography or erotica, vulgar or tasteful and attractive, accepted and approved of or taboo.
Exhibited at "Mikser 2010"- Collection of contemporary Serbian works of art, Belgrade Port, Belgrade
